This site is exclusively an internet front business specializing in advertising vacation rentals.
The cost is 10 a month billed annually for a full listing. We have additional options available. i.e.: bolded headings, top placement, toll free 1-800 private extensions, mailing address, etc
Go to the get listed page and register for a login. the just follow the prompts to list your add.
Your site will be listed immediately. It will be reviewed by our security dept and web team to verify the content is within regulations. The page will not be touched unless it dos not meet our minimal requirements.
There are no set up fees to list with us on your own. If you choose for us to list for you, you must contact the sales dept for pricing.

Yes, you can list with us no mater where you are listed as long as your home meets our listings guidelines.
8. Do you charge to update my page/photos?
No, we do not charge for any updates performed by yourself.
9. Do I need a credit card to set up the account?
No, we except all credit cards now thru PayPal, personal checks, business checks, MoneyGram via Western union, wire transfers, money orders.
10. Do I need to accept credit cards to list my house?
No you do not need to accept credit cards. However it may be beneficial to accept credit cards. For quick and easy credit cards acceptance, set up a PayPal account at www.paypal.com. there is no charge to send/receive money from other recipients PayPal accounts. Credit cards fees will apply.
11. Do you offer e-mail so I can communicate with prospective tenants?
Yes, any e-mail sent to you will be stored on our local server. you will be sent an e-mail from the database that you have a message in your box. you will need to log in and retrieve. this protects your personal e-mail address from being disclosed to the public. You can on your own send your e-mail thru our system. We do not block any communication amongst interested tenants.
12. Do you offer a reservations hotline for my prospective tenants?
Yes, we can offer you a private extension on our 1-800 line. your extension will be your listing #.
13. Can I place a weblink on my home page?
At this time we do not allow web links to outside of ownerwillrent.com site.
14. Can you list my rentals for me??
Yes, however we charge for our webmasters to enter your date into our system. It is cost efficient to do this yourself. if you need assistance, we will be glad to help you smoothly list your home.
15. Do you have a referral program?
At this time we do not have a referral program. However, lease make sure if you do you advise us so we can reward you when the time comes if we do decide to enable a referral program in the future.
16. How do you verify a listings homeowner identity?
There are numerous methods from phone listings, public records, credit cards information, state drivers license etc.
17. I want to cancel my listing, how do I cancel it?
You may cancel at any time by contact ownerwillrent.com via mail 30 days before cancellations date. Please advise us the date you want to de-activate the page and this will be performed by our staff. Any credit will be credited to your original recourse prorated to the actual day of cancellation to end of original term. e do not charge any cancellation fees to do this.
18. How do you listed homes on the results page?
the results page is by default listed by bedroom from lowest to highest.
19. Can I get top placement on the results page?
Yes, we have top placement and bold options when you originally signed up.
