Must be the homeowner or registered agent
Home must be available for a minimal of 10 weeks per year
Must have a kitchen and full bathroom to qualify
Must have at least 1 inside and 1 outside photo.
Photos must be downloaded onto our server, we do not allow links
Photos must be within 1 year
Must have at least 1 smoke detector & 1 fire extinguisher in the home
